The 2005 AGM was held at the Ashfields Community Lounge, Ashfields, Oakengates, Telford, Shropshire,  TF2 6DT on 17th April 2005 starting at 2:00. All paid up Members were sent an agenda. All paid up members will be sent minutes of the meeting with notification of the 2006 AGM

Any Paid up Member with an item for inclusion must inform the Hon-Secretary at least 8 weeks before the meeting to allow its inclusion in the agenda.
