The 20010 AGM will be held at the Ashfields Community Lounge, Ashfields, Oakengates, Telford, Shropshire, TF2 6DT on 5th April 2010 starting at 1:00 All paid up Members will be sent sent an agenda. All paid up members will be sent minutes of the meeting with notification of the 20109 AGM
Any Paid up Member with an item for inclusion must inform the Hon-Secretary at least 8 weeks before the meeting to allow its inclusion in the agenda.
